Last month, we were delighted to welcome customers to our Crew & Ops Development Partners (CDP) forum, held annually in Gothenburg, Sweden. With yet another record turnout for this remarkable two-day event, we had the privilege of hosting over 250 participants from 49 operators worldwide. It was great to see users from all types of operations gather to connect and engage in insightful discussions about the future of efficient and resilient operations.
Johan Kollind, Boeing’s Digital Airline Operations Business Line Leader, explains: “CDP is where we meet our customers to discuss current technology and developments, but we also talk about the future and share ideas.” The overarching theme this year was ‘Integrated Optimization,’ focusing on solving problems from a holistic perspective. Peter Sutton, Boeing’s Software Development Lead for Crew & Network Products, explains: “Integrated Optimization is great because it avoids siloed data and fragmented decision-making, which always leads to suboptimal results.”
With 11 breakout sessions running in parallel, attendees were free to attend their sessions of interest on topics ranging from the integrated OCC, fleet and crew planning for robust revenue, experience-based training, artificial intelligence, and of course, topics on Fatigue Risk Management and compliance with the recent changes to the EASA rules.
A heartfelt thank you to all who attended, making this event so engaging. Check out the short recap video from the event here and discover why attendees find so much value in taking part.
