Norwegian, the world's fifth largest low-cost operator with multiple SkyTrax awards and some 160 aircrafts, have chosen to procure the Boeing Alertness Model and Jeppesen Concert. Jeppesen Concert has been implemented to assess and track a multitude of safety performance indicators for fatigue risk in both planned and flown rosters.

Jeppesen Concert provides us with an ability to assess fatigue risk, and a range of other related roster metrics across our entire operation, and enables tracking development over time as well as drilling into details when needed", says Guro Halvorsen Poulsen, Senior Vice President NAR Crew Management at Norwegian. "Getting up and running with Concert was a smooth process and we already have predictions for four million flight assignments available for analysis."
